Today, March 19, VIPPA-BCN attended the “Great Hotel Debate” held this morning at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Barcelona.
This day has revealed the way in which the adjacent cities of Barcelona will oxygenate the tourism of the city and will be protagonists of new hotel developments.
The event has been divided into two main blocks. In the first part, called “The Great Touristic Barcelona”, questions were answered such as What new actions are required at the level of infrastructure improvement, tourism promotion, etc…?, How will tourism in Barcelona in a few years? or How will all the new actions affect the urban nucleus? and all this in the hands of some luxury speakers moderated by Bruno Hallé, Partner Co-Head of Hospitality Spain from Cushman & Wakefield.

We have learnt many things, we have seen that we are following future trends and that there is still a lot of work to be done, especially in terms of public-private partnerships or private companies, but we are doing a good job!
